The Project – Alsinger engaged with Stafford Engineering Australia to provide a solution that sorts out the new designed jar caps using a vibration system along with vision technology – supplying 40 caps a minute to the bottling machine.
The Outcome – The high speed vibration bowl utilizing the vision system now makes it easy to sort out the different size caps into the correct orientation for bottling. less change over parts and simple operation for the customers staff members.
Alsinger Integration engaged Stafford Engineering to come up with a mechanical solution for a cap Sorter to a local manufacturer.
